Expiration and deletion are paused while checkout is being prepared. Existing accounts keep their current access.
Sign inItem and storage allowances apply to your whole account, not each collection. An item in several collections counts once. Starter includes a personal collection workspace. Plus and Premier also include a separate dealer inventory workspace.
Every plan supports photos and documents, including PDF, Word, Excel, TXT and CSV files, with a 20 MB limit per file. Starter and Plus include the per-item photo and document allowances in their plan details. Premier supports up to 30 files per item within its 25 GB storage allowance. Premier’s unlimited item count does not include unlimited storage.
Plus includes one user. Premier includes the account owner and two additional users with controlled access. Plus and Premier private viewing rooms let you share a collection with email-verified invited viewers, with optional expiration and revocable access; website embeds will show only items you explicitly publish.
Every plan includes one public collection website at a Collector Showplace address. Premier will also let you connect your own domain, purchased and renewed separately. You choose which items to publish; private records stay private.
All paid plans will be eligible to sell selected items on the Collector Showplace marketplace after seller onboarding. Plus and Premier will also support selling on your own collection website. Public display does not automatically offer an item for sale. Selling commissions and payment-processing fees are separate from subscriptions; fees will be confirmed before selling launches. Premier includes one free CSV or Excel data import; file mapping and import scope will be confirmed before launch.
AI assessments are not included in these plans. Additional storage and AI services may be offered separately in the future.
