Once billing opens, unpaid trials become read-only after 30 days. You can still export your records. Account-owned items and attachments are scheduled for permanent deletion 90 days after expiry, with advance warnings. Existing accounts keep their current access.
This currently enables a trial-help email, not a newsletter. Welcome, trial-expiration and deletion notices are separate account emails and do not depend on this choice.
